Teach it your delivery, returns and FAQ

What you do not tell it, it does not invent: it hands over. The more you fill in, the more it answers on its own.

Fastest: run the shop analysis. The AI finds most of this on your site and page, with its source, and you only confirm. Rules in detail: your rules.

Delivery

In the setup chat (or the Assistant tab), fill in:

  • The fee: “How much is delivery?” (a flat amount).
  • Free delivery: “Free above a certain amount?”. Leave empty if delivery is always paid.
  • The time: “How fast do you deliver?”.
  • The zones: “Where do you deliver?”.

An empty field means “I don't know” to the assistant: it then gives no time and no promise, and hands over to you.

Exchanges and returns

Answer “Do you do exchanges / returns?” with your real policy (time limit, conditions, in store or not). The assistant repeats it as written. It never promises or refuses a refund itself: a refund request becomes a serious case.

Hours and address

Hours, address and a Google Maps link (optional) are used for customers asking where you are or whether you are open. With no hours set, it never quotes any.

Your FAQ

At “What do customers ask you all the time?”, write your frequent questions and answers: cash on delivery, brands, sizes, and so on. It uses them as written when the question comes.

What it must never say

Last setup question. Already forbidden by default: a price that is not in your info, promising a refund, announcing a precise delivery time you did not give. Add your own rules.
