Connect your WooCommerce store

One click on “Approve” in your WooCommerce store is enough. Keys stay encrypted and are never shown.

Before you start

  • Your site uses https://.
  • In WordPress, Settings › Permalinks is not set to “Plain”.
  • WooCommerce 3.0 or newer.

Method 1: one click

  1. In the setup chat (“Where are your products?”) or in Assistant › Info, pick the WooCommerce card.
  2. Type your WooCommerce store address (e.g. https://mysite.tn) and click Connect WooCommerce.
  3. You are sent to your store: sign in as an admin and click Approve.
  4. You are back in JAWEBNI: “WooCommerce connected ✓”, then “N products synced ✓”.

Method 2: enter the keys by hand

  1. In WordPress: WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API › Add key.
  2. Description: JAWEBNI. Permissions: Read/Write (needed to send orders; with “Read” only, the catalog works but not order sending).
  3. Copy the consumer key (ck_…) and the consumer secret (cs_…).
  4. In JAWEBNI, WooCommerce card: Enter the keys by hand, paste the address and both keys, then confirm.

After connecting

  • Resync reads the catalog again. Price and stock changes also arrive live when your store allows it.
  • Send orders to WooCommerce: off by default. Pick the Order status in WooCommerce: “Processing” or “On hold”.
  • Disconnect: products stay, stock updates and order sending stop.

Common problems

  • The address must start with https://: keys never travel in clear text.
  • WooCommerce did not send the keys: start again, or use method 2.
  • The keys are read-only: create them again with Read/Write to send orders.
