Connect your store: where your products come from

Five ways to give your products to the assistant. Either way your catalog is the source of truth: it never states a price that is not in it.

Pick your source

In the setup chat (“Where are your products?”) or in Assistant › Info, step Connect your store:

  • Shopify: one-click connection, products, stock and orders. The guide.
  • WooCommerce: you authorize JAWEBNI from your store. The guide.
  • PrestaShop: a read-only Webservice key. The guide.
  • Google Sheet / Excel: a shared sheet, or an .xlsx / .csv file. The guide.
  • No site: I add my products: 5 lines are enough. The guide.

One source at a time

While a Shopify or WooCommerce store is connected, Google Sheet, Excel or PrestaShop imports are refused: disconnect it first. Switching source makes the old source's products unavailable.

Orders sent back to your store

With Shopify or WooCommerce, turn on Send orders to…: every order taken by the assistant is also created in your store, cash on delivery. Off until you turn it on.

Good to know

  • Prices are in dinars (DT). The assistant takes them from your catalog, never from “memory”.
  • A checker blocks any reply with a number that is not in your data: it then offers a safe sentence and hands over to you.
  • Product missing from the catalog? It tells the customer so and does not suggest something random.
